The Digital Health Check is an initial analysis which reveals how the company uses digital sales channels. The subsequent “diagnosis” includes suggestions for the short, medium, and long term and proposes potential interventive action.
Looking for new opportunities.
One opportunity to increase turnover can be found in the sourcing of new markets and new customer groups.
Which market will be the right one for my products or solutions? What is the best distribution channel? How do I combine traditional distribution channels and new digital opportunities? These are all questions that a company asks itself when taking the decision to conduct business outwith Provincial borders, and which require a professional response. With our wide network of international experts, IDM is in a position to provide companies with advice in defining the most expedient measures, in developing strategic plans, and in the implementation of both.

Sales, export & digital sales strategy
To sell and export successfully
Sales experts and professionals with extensive experience in the sector help companies to define potential sales and export strategies. A few months of shadow coaching enables companies to increase export sales through digital channels.
Market development projects
How to find the right distribution partner
During market development projects, we provide an outline selection of importers, sales representatives and wholesalers. Once the ideal business partner profile has been defined, we develop a market strategy which includes the identification and analysis of target groups. We then organise and provide support for personal meetings with the selected partners.
Watch the trends
In search of new markets
We organise information events and in-depth workshops themed around selected international issues and markets, enabling companies from South Tyrol to observe the economic trend of new markets and learn about the legal and tax aspects of exportation.
Exportation cooperation
Unity is strength
Export cooperation groups comprise a minimum of six companies which generally operate within the same sector. The goal is to provide companies with support in both the market entry phase and subsequent phases. In the latter case, companies enter into a cooperation agreement on an annual basis with a commercial agent, who represents the individual companies for the stipulated period of time.
Legal consultation
You can never be too safe
We draw on the expertise of our network of partners to identify the legal experts most suitable for each individual company. The legal expert analyses existing contracts and documents, prepares the correct contractual documentation, provides advice on setting up a commercial office, and explains the various issues pertaining to legislation and exportation.
