IDM South Tyrol plans and implements marketing strategies for the agri-food products of South Tyrol.
IDM provides support in marketing food products from South Tyrol which are labelled PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), and Quality South Tyrol products. We work on behalf of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, the apple, wine and speck consortia, the South Tyrol Dairy Association and the association of producers of products bearing the South Tyrol seal of quality.
The South Tyrol umbrella brand forms the framework for cooperation between tourism and agriculture. By using the various South Tyrol brand logos to market a range of products, we intensify recognition value and strengthen market presence; our aim is to consolidate and expand the image and awareness of quality products from South Tyrol, increase sales and promote internationalisation. No matter whether it’s B2B or B2C – the important thing is that our clients and guests know that only good things come from South Tyrol.
